Just over a year since the formation of Hitachi Vantara, the company has announced the launch of version 8.2 of its Pentaho data integration and analytics software. The latest release provides integration with the company’s own Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) object storage as it looks to build on its adaptive execution strategy to provide support for managing data across multiple platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
