In late 2018, Reflexis received several calls within just a few weeks from three of the top global banks, all looking to transform their retail branch operations. These banks discussed the challenges they were facing in their branch banking strategy due to the rise of digital banking; they were looking for solutions proven in other industries, like retail, that had already gone through this digital disruption and solved key challenges for their brick-and-mortar presence. Given this new demand and the natural fit of our platform, after 18 years of successfully serving the retail industry, Reflexis decided to launch an vertical solution to serve retail banks. Reflexis has since been selected by two of North America’s top three retail banks and has continued to grow our banking suite to meet this industry demand.
