The research provided insight into the difference between organizations that are successfully implementing enterprise-wide digital health innovation and those that are struggling. The key difference is that organizations that are experiencing success with innovation take a proactive, strategic approach that includes bringing together the right resources to support innovation. Six key areas critical to digital health innovation emerged from the research. How health organizations answer these questions can help them evaluate whether or not they are positioned for success in digital health innovation.
