  • DevOps is a set of techniques and tools that mix development and operations to speed up the time it takes to get products on the market.
  • The solutions on the DevOps Exchange were created with help from many knowledgeable people, such as Community Members, Copado partners, and In-house Developers at Copado Labs, who expand the company’s platform.

To expand its platform for continuous software integration and delivery, Copado Inc., a low-code DevOps solution provider for Salesforce, recently announced the opening of the DevOps Exchange, a market for pre-built software-as-a-service solutions.

The software development and operations teams face more complicated workflows and activities. The requirement to ship features faster than ever before has meant that automated solutions for continuous development, deployment and testing have become the standard.

To accelerate the time it takes for products to be released to the market, DevOps works as a set of techniques and tools that mixes development and operations.

As a result, many businesses are searching for strategies to combine the technologies that enable them to manage their DevOps operations. Copado provides this through the prebuilt solutions it sells on its Exchange platform.

Copado’s Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, David Brooks, said, “Just as AppExchange became the leading marketplace for Salesforce apps, Copado is advancing the DevOps market for enterprise SaaS by offering an extensible platform supported by solutions from our partners and community members.”

Enterprise customers can access a global network of ready-made self-service solutions through the DevOps Exchange, debuting with more than 40 initial listings and offering access to pre-built solutions adopted by businesses to address real-world problems.

The apps on the marketplace have been produced by highly qualified DevOps experts representing different data templates, integrations and add-ons that extend Copado’s platform, aiming to provide enterprises with a head start in tackling their specific demands.

Brooks said, “With the solutions found in DevOps Exchange, development teams can deliver continuous innovation with speed and quality even for the most complex enterprise IT environments where an end-to-end business process spans multiple clouds. The DevOps Exchange can unlock an organization’s potential to automate anything in the software delivery lifecycle.”

Many knowledgeable sources, including community members, Copado partners, and in-house developers at Copado Labs who extend the company’s platform, contributed towards creating the solutions on the DevOps Exchange.

Partner options include a product from DigitSec that performs automated security inspections throughout the software delivery process and a free template from Accenture for integrating Marketing Cloud in Salesforce.
