Gorilla Corporation, a global channel marketing solutions company with offices in the US, Europe, Africa, and APAC, on March 2, 2021, confirmed the news about signing a purchase deal to acquire MarketingXpress, an enterprise that specializes in developing channel marketing platforms.
Based out of Rotterdam, Netherlands, MarketingXpress drew the interest of Gorilla Corporation because of its TCMA (through channel marketing automation) platform dubbed as “Partner Pulse” that is a perfect match for Gorilla’s portfolio.
The TCMA platform by MarketingXpress adds value to Gorilla’s current offerings and will deliver its clientele with a more elaborate ecosystem and advanced capabilities.
Moving ahead with the purchase, MarketingXpress blends into Gorilla’s strategy of creating the most robust and vigorous technology portfolio in the channel ecosystem. The acquirement will also boost Gorilla Corporation as it onboards MarketingXpress’s CEO Maarten Elsenaar as its new CTO along with MarketingXpress’s Research and Development and Engineering team.

Gorilla’s client base will now be eligible to benefit from the most innovative TCMA platform present in the market, which is designed with security and GDPR compliance at its core. Furthermore, the association will streamline partner experience right from the online marketplace to co-branding and executing marketing actions.
