Ribbon Communication, a global leader in secured and intelligent cloud communication announced that Empire Access has deployed the Ribbon’s Kandy Business solutions. Empire Access a leading telecommunication service provider in Northern America will also be implementing the Smart Office Unified Communication (UC) to access mobility and collaborate on different UC offerings. Using the smart office solution along with the Empire access network it will be able to deliver customers’ voice, video, and instant messaging to help achieve collaboration capabilities in both desktop and mobile devices.

The smart office delivers the mobile workers with an improved user experience and enhanced support for devices such as iOS and Android. With a Smart office, service providers and enterprises can offer different capabilities to the end user as an added functionality or application across the different mobile and desktop.
