BCM One announced the acquisition of Arena One. Arena One is a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider and is all set to propel BCM One’s existing managed hosted voice and unified communication offering and even bring the required expansion in its footprint.
Arena One offers its own Cisco BroadWorks Solution, a carrier-grade platform that is well optimized for performance and scale. The solution is developed to cater to a different geographical region to ensure business continuity and reliable services.
Geoff Bloss, CEO of BCM One, said in a statement that adding Area One offering to its portfolio will help the company in making various advancements to the next-generation UCaaS offerings, along with adding the solid BroadWorks platform. The acquisition will strengthen the company’s UCaaS operation with a team of services delivery experts, voice engineers, and increase the overall technical expertise to bring growth to the current client base.
