HR tech start-up Xoxoday, involved in offering motivation and engagement technology at the center of business growth, is expanding globally by adding to its footprint into Dublin, Ireland.

The new venture will be an ensemble of junior and senior responsibilities, such as junior and senior digital marketing executives, digital salespeople, and customer success managers.

The HR tech enters Ireland with the opening of a sales and services center in Dublin that will cater to businesses across sectors. IDA Ireland, the Irish Government’s FDI agency that supports and facilitates investments in Ireland, supported Xoxoday’s expansion into the country.

Xoxoday plans to initiate its new global venture primarily at DogPatch Labs at Custom House Quay, Dublin.

Post establishment and setup of its operation in Ireland, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Xoxoday, Manoj Agarwal, said, “This expansion is an important step for us as it will enable us to provide our services to clients across the European Union (EU). This new center in Ireland will aid Xoxoday in scaling to support emerging needs in post-COVID 19 times and enhance our customer base.”

The new venture, as planned, will operate with a mix of roles, including junior and senior positions.

On the business front, Xoxoday has more than 800 clients across geographies like APAC, Australia, and the US.

With this new office in Dublin, Ireland, the HR tech expands its global presence with offices in Bengaluru – India (the HQ), the Philippines, US, UK, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE.

Mentioning the announcement, Tanaz Buhariwalla, India Director, IDA Ireland, said, “We are committed to helping businesses establish and grow in Ireland. Despite the unusual year, Technology and Services companies have scaled their footprints in Ireland. Further, in light of Brexit, we hope to see more Indian start-ups choosing to invest in Ireland for accessing and supporting their EU customers. Ireland is a hub of HR tech companies and a highly attractive location for technology companies. Considering the government support and the local talent pool, there is immense potential for Xoxoday, especially for their product development.”
