Zuora® Secure Data Share for Snowflake will combine Zuora and Snowflake’s strengths to help companies accelerate their recurring revenue. The partnership will help analyze data from varied sources into valuable metrics that can nurture and monetize existing customer relationships.
Businesses are recognizing the value of the Subscription Economy® in a wide range of industries. Still, the most profitable recurring income companies use their data to stay competitive and provide improved customer experiences. While managing enormous amounts of data, data engineering teams can become overburdened with demands for reports and routine updates to data models.
By combining the Zuora data with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, the new offering will help companies understand their subscription business better. It will provide insights like identifying macro trends and predicting which subscribers are ready to upgrade better.
Data from many systems can be combined more quickly and easily into a 360-degree customer journey on a single dashboard, thanks to Zuora Secure Data Share for Snowflake. Enterprises may better analyze client feedback and modify their subscription offerings using data from technologies like CRM, ERP, customer success, and support.
Zuora Secure Data Share for Snowflake will include benefits like:
Managed warehouse: This feature enables businesses to access Zuora data within Snowflake and combine it with data from other solutions. Companies can evaluate data in innovative ways to spot promising patterns and potential red flags without waiting months by using their preferred BI solutions or “Bring Your Own Business Intelligence” (BYOBI).
Managed pipeline: An automated, change-driven data stream to Snowflake that, on average, syncs data in less than ten minutes, replacing techniques that require hours for batch procedures to complete.
