For many years, the International FP and A Board has been developing an FP and A Maturity Model. The aim is to highlight the attributes of an FP and A department that is best able to support management in achieving organisational objectives.
The model was conceived by the London FP and A Board in 2016 and further developed by hundreds of senior
finance practitioners in 27 International FP and A Board chapters. The chapters span 16 countries across four
continents. This extensive research provides a collective, balanced view on the realities being faced around the
globe, and on the latest developments in FP and A best practices.
