The findings in this report are based on a Forbes Insights global survey of 800 IT decision makers. Conducted in November and December of 2020, 47% of respondents were C-level executives, including chief information officers, chief innovation officers, chief technology officers and chief information security officers. The remaining respondents were executive vice presidents/senior vice presidents/vice presidents (13%), directors (12%), IT architects (13%) and managers (15%). Respondents came from a variety of industries, including retail, financial services, technology, manufacturing and telecommunications. All respondents came from firms with at least 500 employees.
