Accenture has recently acquired a leading cloud service provider, Linkbynet. The acquired company is headquartered in France, specializing in cloud optimization and managed services, cloud security, and cloud transformation. The intention of acquiring Linkbynet came out on May 11, 2021. The financial details of the transaction are not out yet.
Linkbynet was founded in 2000 with additional offices in Canada, China, Belgium, France, Singapore, Mauritius, and Vietnam. The company holds more than 900 skilled professionals with 400 certifications from major cloud providers such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Alibaba.
