On January 12, 2021, Larsen and amp; Toubro announced taking a step further by taking IBM under the umbrella of its global alliance. Together they aim to help businesses transform their operations through hybrid cloud adoption. L and amp;T Infotech will help the clients migrate and modernize core business applications with the help of IBM cloud offerings, the company said in a statement.
The agreement includes that L and amp;T Infotech and IBM plan aims to develop an innovation center in Bengaluru (India) in 2021. This center will mainly work on IBM’s cloud, automation, integration, data, and AI solutions fostering innovation. Through the collaboration, IBM will provide training to L and amp;T Infotech employees so that in the future, both the companies can come together to conduct workshops and develop solutions for their clients.
