At Arizent’s 2020 Digital Mortgage Conference, held on September 14-17, 2020, Top of Mind Networks (Top of Mind), a specialist in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software for the mortgage lending industry, was ranked second in the demo competition. Now in its third year, the LendingTree-sponsored Digital Mortgage Innovation Challenge acknowledges mortgage innovations accelerating the digital development of lenders.
Top of Mind showed how its Surefire CRM interacts with point-of-sale (POS) mortgage systems to increase completion rates for loan applications with features such as power calls and power messaging. Overall, twenty two companies participated in the competition, including Salesforce, Black Knight, and Radian. Top of Mind, along with the fintech Blend, was announced as the second runner up, while HouseCanary was the runner up; and Moxtra earned the USD 5,000 grand prize.
Judges for the competition were Will Adams, Head of Sales at LendingTree; Austin Kilgore, Director of Digital Lending at Javelin Strategy and Research; and Julian Hebron, Founder of The Basis Point. Judges rated participants based on a ten-point scale ranked from highest-to-lowest scoring.
“Surefire CRM’s recognition at this year’s Digital Mortgage demo competition further confirms that Top of Mind’s features resonate with on-the-ground mortgage executives and technology experts,” said Top of Mind CEO Bill Hayes. “We look forward to continuing our innovative momentum by strengthening partnerships and updating our platform with features that truly deepen the relationship between borrower and loan officer.”
This award was just an add-on to the other prominent industry recognition for Top of Mind.
In the 2020 AVA Digital Awards competition held in March, the company’s creative marketing campaigns earned platinum and gold. In the 2020 Hermes Creative Awards held in May, Top of Mind received eight more platinum and gold awards for outstanding content. In the 41st Annual Telly Awards held in June, Top of Mind was placed among the world’s top creators of video content. In August, its Surefire CRM was given the title Product of the Year, in the Small Company division by BIG’s (Business Intelligence Group’s) Sales and Marketing Technology Awards, also known as “The Sammys.”
