The world’s leading customer data platform (CDP), BlueConic, received an award as “Best Customer Data Platform” by MarTech Breakthrough in the third annual MarTech Breakthrough Awards program (2020).
The MarTech Breakthrough Awards are presented to recognize success, creativity, and hard work and honor the excellence of products, companies, and technologies in the advertising, marketing, and sales technology division. It is the second consecutive year the BlueConic has been honored in the CDP category.
The award was given to BlueConic on its recent launch of advanced customer lifecycle orchestration proficiencies. This rids the free marketers from the constraints of rigid, channel-specific campaign workflows by managing cross-channel lifecycle marketing platforms. Furthermore, these programs are open to each consumer’s unique journey based on the real-time and unified customer profile data at the platform’s core.
BlueConic also stood out for its unique ability to boost operational efficiencies across its marketing operations and customer’s business, allowing transformation to a customer-centric marketing approach. Moreover, BlueConic gives marketers and their tools direct access to the actionable and unified customer profile data to drive a wide array of marketing activation use cases.

About 2,750 nominations from across 15 different nations were a part of the program this year.
