Access, one of the largest privately-held IT management companies, on July 29, 2020, broke the news of getting into a strategic alliance with Neocase Software, a company that delivers HR Service Management, Employee Document Management, and Business Process Automation solutions worldwide.
The plan
Post the deal, Access will be responsible for providing scanning and conversion services to Neocase customers to help them transform from traditional and outdated paper-based processes to digitally advanced, effective, secure, and improved compliance processes.
Neocase Software provides cloud-based HR Service Management and configurable Business Process Automation solutions. These services reduce the administrative cost of businesses and develop better employee, customer, and supplier experiences by leveraging the goodness of process automation and workflow efficiencies.
As per the deal, Neocase Software, in partnership with Access, will connect to its customer base and deploy scanning and digitization services to convert existing paper records to digital data with a potential network of scanning facilities across North and South America. This strategy enables non-tech experts to create automated workflows and simplify HR administrative with the Neocase HR Shared Service Center.
