On July 28, 2020, PeopleStrong, a comprehensive HR tech solutions provider based out of Gurugram, India, made public the news of securing a deal with Titansoft, the leading software development company, to offer HR tech solutions.

As per information, PeopleStrong will work toward implementation of Alt Recruit (next-generation recruitment system), Alt Performance (talent and performance management solution to enable faster outcomes), and Alt Worklife (leading HRMS Software, which provides a Hire to Retire Solution).
