Wipro selects Google Cloud as the Cloud Provider for its enterprise-wide SAP footprint to get a level-up in digital transformation. The partnership is about supporting over 1.8 lakh employees at Wipro by bringing SAP application and workload to the cloud. Wipro said it will transform mission-critical SAP applications and roll out G Suite into the workplace productivity toolset.

Wipro will adopt advancement and transform its core ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to SAP’s flagship S/4HANA and will move further by migrating the SAP workloads onto Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The easiest hosting of SAP Workloads will be conducted by leveraging ERP from SAP, without compromising on scalability and flexibility of GCP.
